First Impression
Yay...pastel orange. Haven't seen this on a site for a while. The enterpic has a good quality but the pic used in the foreground is a bit hard cutted on the left but I presume that's how the PSD was cutted.
The organisation is okay but if you want to add more buttons I'd advise you to use pop-up links ;)
Oh...and it really made my day to read my name on your welcome site ;D

Loading Time
The header pic took pretty long. The rest including galleries loaded quickly.

Layout
I really like this pastell orange and it fit's perfectly to the images used in the header. Again, the pic on the foreground is a bit hard cutted.
The font for the navigation is well choosen and very easy to read.
I am missing back-links in your sections. Add
<a href="javascript: history.back(-2)">back</a>
to the end of your html-sources and it will make it much more easier to navigate.
And maybe colour the main scrollbar. This gray standart thingie is so boring ;)

Content
All the basics are there like profiles, pictures and some fan stuff. And I really like your interactive fanfics.
But there's nothing really special.
Add more interactive stuff like comment a pic or votings.
And what about lyrics and discographies?

I like the script asking for your name when entering. The interactive fanfics are original, too and the dolls are sooo cute =) 3/5

Overall Impression
I like the fresh colours and the easy navigation. But I think you really should add more content. There are so many brilliant westlife sites on the web with loads of content and it's hard to "keep in competition" with them ;)
